The assistant guided me through understanding the problem I had, and suggested the best solution for fixing it at home.
I can't leave a proper review as there were no fitting instructions with my order and I've got to wait for my son to visit me before it's on my trolly.
Great service when having a service undertaken for my 5 year old trolley.
I understood that £39.99 was the charge for collecting, repairing and returning the buggy. It's not. It is only for collecting and returning.
The buggy now seems to be slower than previously despite new part being fitted.

I haven’t received my trolley yet as there is a backlog , I’m fine with this but if the company maybe kept waiting customers updated on what’s happening with their orders and just a wee update weekly would be great just to keep you in the loop and not think your forgotten
