Website is very informative about trolley purchased, NX DHC, and package included bag cover, umbrella and drink holders; added to 50% discount on additional items purchased; so a great package costing much less than competitors.
Good value trolley, easy to assemble and review. I would recommend BUT in terms of suggestions. I feel the screen could and could do more. for example, display the time and perhaps a round timer, perhaps simple distance measurement (calculated from speed from start to stop). Also to set an auto distance you have to stop the trolley and then set the distance which always defaults to a very low 0.5 distance. its quite a slow and clunky approach to this. I recommend over others mainly as better value.

My new NX trolley is fantastic. It is a replacement for my previous PowerBug which I had for 15 years.

I have owned a Powerbug GT Lithium trolley for around three and a half years now & had no issues at all, until it went dead on me mid-round. The warranty period ran out at three years, so I wasn't best pleased, but Powerbug have a great idea for service/repair - you pay a modest amount up front, they send you a big box, you parcel the trolley up, they arrange for a courier to collect it, they fix it & the courier returns it back to you. In my situation, I needed a really quick turnaround, but Christian at Powerbug arranged that - my trolley went off Friday & it was back to me Tuesday! Turns out it was just a loose connection between the battery and the motor, so an easy fix, but I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently the company was able to deal with my problem - not always the case with companies these days? Well done Powerbug (and Christian!)

For the price I can't really see a negative with this. 36 hole battery, free accessories (when I bought it) and half price for any extras too. The trolley is well made and has nice little features all for the price of a very basic competitor model. If you're on the fence I'd say go for this!

I have bought the new NX DHC and overall I am very happy with it.
The controls are good and the build quality are good.
The battery will easily do 2 rounds of golf, so generally happy.
If I was being picky - the trolly doesn't fold flat and won't fit in my trolly bag so just stands up in the boot of the car.
I bought the umbrella and cup holders which do the job, it is odd that the cup holder will only clip onto the umbrella holder so they have to go on the same side - this is because the accessory lug on the opposite side is too big to allow the cup holder to clip on - so it feels a bit unbalanced but that is aesthetics only.
I have since recommended it to a friend who then bought it and is equally happy.
We received excellent help and service for our power bug electric trolley.
Golf bag is well made looks great however it’s doesn’t slot / fit into the power bug trolley as smoothly as you would expect. If the golfing brolly is placed in the correct place the Golf trolley bungee strap doesn’t go around smoothly. The main issue when placing the bag into the car is it doesn’t have a front top handle to hold whist placing it into the car.
