Delighted with my new Powerbug with one exception. I was supplied with a Powerbug but it is labelled 'Infinity'; when I come to sell it people know and value Powerbug but he label Infinity is totally unknown and hence I will receive far less money for it. Sad because it is an excellent trolley but I'm ninety so not expecting to play golf for many more years so this factor is important, perhaps more to my Executors than to me!
Have had a Powerbug trolley for 15 years or thereabouts and the 36 hole battery was starting to indicate problems after 18 now. Contacted the help desk and gave the details and serial number and its them that said the age of the trolley and suggested a replacement battery (lithium type) now. Although Powerbug don't have a 36 hole lithium battery for my trolley they said it was guaranteed for 27 holes (yet to be tested in anger).
Order placed around 12.30 on Friday and the item was delivered the next day. So what more could you ask for
After making the decision that I now needed a new golf trolley, due to my old one getting a little bit past it's sell by date after many years, started to look at my options. I did a lot of research into many makes out there and what ones would be within my budget. Yes, there are some fabulous trolleys available but one I literally stumbled across was the PowerBug NXT DHC. I read numerous 5 star reviews on them and started to dig deeper into the history of PowerBug and how they compare to other leading trolleys on the market. I was so impressed by the amount of positive reviews and comments on how good they are and how good the customer service is, that I decided to go for it and buy one.
To say I'm 'over the moon' with mine would be an understatement. The build quality is exceptional, and the ease of setting it up is brilliant. On the course its a dream to use and after 18 holes during the winter, the battery still had loads left in it. The value for money with this trolley is amazing and if you want a great trolley that does exactly what you want it to do on the course then give the PowerBug a serious look.
I will certainly give PowerBug a 5 star rating, and I'm sure that if you decide to get one, you will too!

Sorry for a late review since the trolley has been delivered to my daughter's home. One of the two wheels hub is damaged as indicated in the attached pictures. I need either a replacement or instructions on how to fix the broken part.

The item shown in your images is simply part of the packaging, designed to prevent the axle from protruding through the side of the box during transit. We take great care to ensure our trolleys are packed exceptionally well so they arrive safely.
It appears the axle covers have done their job in protecting the axle ends during transit and can now be discarded.

Always great service. Ordered two new wheels and a cover in the morning and it arrived the next day. Have had my trolley for a few years now, replacement parts due to old age or wear and tear always makes it feel like a new trolley
My Powerbug DHC is a very good trolley but when the motor died after 4 years, the service I had to replace it was even better.

Purchased a 2nd hand power bug 12 year's ago, I had to replace the Barry, the Ecu and the screen, ( broken by a ball ) so when it finally gave up two weeks ago, I had no problem buying another one, this time brand new directly from them.

Not been able to use my new NX in anger yet because of the bad weather up here in Scotland. All looks good though, slightly disappointed that my winter wheels from my old GT buggy do not fit the new one
