Excellent service excellent item got to use it on 27 holes and still had 50 percent battery left. The extra items like hedgehog wheels, hand warmer, GPS holder and cooler bag are very nice.

I've ordered a new motor for my golf trolley. Unfortenatly you sent me a wrong motor. But your customer support office was very reactif and handled this in a very professional way. Sent me the correct motor right away, after I informed them about the problem. Now my trolley works again and I am very happy.
Having bought a Powakaddy which I had to return as defective, I bought the DHC version, saved hundreds of pounds and am delighted with both how robust the trolley is and the battery life - will comfortably do 36 holes without charging.

Really well designed website, very clear and easy to navigate. Trolley arrived on time well packed and as described. Trolley is very easy to use and the quick fold function is great for easy loading in car. Bag attachments are excellent and bag does not move when on trolley.

I purchased a new battery and was pleasantly surprised to see that there was free delivery. Ordering a new battery on Friday and delivered on Monday- excellent service.
Arrived on time. Easy to assemble & good design. 36 hole battery. Runs well. On flat or down hill do not need battery.
It has been a week and as yet I have not received my order. Royal mail say that you have dispatched the order to them but they do not seem to have received it. Please get this sorted as I rely on my buggy as I am 69.
My order was for a new motor for my PowerBug GT+. The order went missing with the courier so after contacting powerbug they sent out a replacement which arrived. The packaging could have been a bit better as I heard it being placed onto my doorstep with quite a thud. The bubble wrap wasn’t well secured around the motor and was in a flimsy cardboard box. A star less for packing as this is how things get damaged.

The only issue was a misplaced delivery by DPD which was solved by sending another one out.
