I contacted Powerbug as my electric trolley had snapped at a hinge, to see if a repair was possible. The service and advice that I received from Christian was above and beyond my expectations and an arrangement was made for me to return the trolley to them in order for the repairs to be carried out at a very acceptable fee. My PowerBug recently let me down at the beginning of a round. After many email exchanges it was determined that I needed a new battery. Disappointingly PowerBug were not able to provide me with a like for like battery; mine being a mini battery, apparently, these were no longer available. So I had to bite the bullet and invest in a new battery and because my existing charger not being compatible a new charger.
PowerBug customer service were exceptional in dealing with this issue throughout and within 48 hours I had my replacements.

Great trolley, with the bonus of a 36-hole battery as standard. Quick delivery with no issues or damage. The free carry bag and accessories are a bonus. Not as small as others, but I was fully aware of that before I bought it. For the price, it's as good as or better than the so-called big brands. Highly recommend.

I do like the power bug electric nx trolley, I used it yesterday and really loved it, I was in a 4 ball and each and everyone of my playing partners commented on how quiet it was, good speed control, like speed adaptability as well as half speed choices, and 36 hole lithium battery must have built in safety feature that's stop's the trolley from running down battery when not in use, or trying to run battery down to zero to keep it fresh, and charge from flat which is very good, Only criticism is how the control switch can easily be affected by a slight slip of a stray finger which I did a few times, otherwise very good value for money,
