Set up my trolley and gave it a run in the garden to test it. I didn't realise the NX version came with no parking break, I thought all electric trolleys had a parking brake because every one I've seen others using have one.
I can't see the point in having a trolley without a parking brake for the sake of 50 quid. Got to decide whether to send it back for a refund or not. Even push trollies have a parking brake so I just can't see the sense in an electric trolley not having one.

Models equipped with Downhill Control (DHC), including our NX DHC, are specifically designed with this feature and include an electronic parking brake as part of the system.

Great trolley, as we play in the cold weather here in the UK I purchased the heated mitts for my trolley. They worked a treat last Friday at Bude it was very cold with hail showers but my hands were lovely and warm, ensuring my grip and swing was as good as in the summer

Excellent service, excellent product, my second PowerBug trolley. Ordered a NX Lithium ex-demo model and a couple of accessories late one afternoon and it was with me at lunchtime the next day. The trolley was in immaculate condition, pretty much as new, and was easy to set up. Smooth and comfortable in operation and the early March cold snap has meant the heated mitts have already been used! I’ve always found the PowerBug team pleasant and efficient to deal with and this occasion was no exception. Well done.
