As a senior golfer l have been using a Powerbug electric trolley for many years and have always appreciated powerbug products as being reliable and value for money.
My trolley suddenly stopped working so I phoned and spoke with Christian, who was very helpful, and with the aid of a few photos, diagnosed poor contact between battery and motor. He sent me a link to the parts I needed, so I ordered them and they arrived 2 days later. I fitted the replacements and all now seems well.

Very good so far, bag straps seem to be odd lengths"one part of strap shorter than other !! Only fault found to date.
I saw no point in leaving a review after owning the trolley for just a few days but now that I have used it for about ten rounds of golf, i can now say that this is a fantastic piece of kit and it is being admired by all that see it.
Always impressed with powerbug service, however I have noticed the the quality of materials used in the new waterproof cart bag are not to the same quality as the bag I purchased a few years ago.

Great trolley when set up. Not the lightest; heavy to lift. Please be careful gripping the grey button to open, as the catch can (and has) pinched your hand. Battery installation/removal easy; charging info great. Nice storage details with inverted wheels and option to freewalk (in case you forgot to chatrge the battery); a nice design. Just needs a little getting used to.

Excellent customer service from beginning (identifying the problem) to delivery. Needed a new motor, very simple to do and useful video available.
Great trolley so far. Battery fantastic,not gone below 67% in a round yet. And that’s on the hilliest course in Sheffield ( Stocksbridge).
Still trying to get the front wheel to track straight. Nearly at full adjustment on the the little adjuster.Not sure what to do after that!!

I ordered my Powerbug NX in April this year and was advised delivery should be in 2n half of May. I the event I was able to collect it in 2nd week of July, which was very disappointing. I understand the war in the middle East affected things, but I paid for the product in full on ordering and hoped for better service than this. Perhaps Powerbug could have done something to compensate for this delay.
Hi, very pleased with my new PowerBug trolly. It is a bit heavy and does not fold as flat as my previous one. The design is better with more ground clearance. The battery charger sparks when you put the cable in to charge it. Not sure if this is a fault.
I had an usual problem where the retaining but for my speed control came loose and was lost .
Powerbug were brilliant in sending me the replacement nut free of charge .

Always good service from Power Bug - trolley wasn’t working phoned PG spoke to Cristian he sent a new part that didn’t work spoke many times Cristian always helpful sent box next day - eventually dismantled it with lots of phone calls . Today Tuesday 28th box was uplifted thanks for all your help - looking forward to it’s return
Phoned up attended two days later hour later left with fully repaired and refurbished trolley. Absolutely superb customer service
