The trolley is well made and lighter than my previous trolleys. There are however a couple of things that would make it a great trolley. First - the top bag support is fixed and sticks out when the trolley is folded. Some sort of folding support would make it easy to store trolley in the car boot. Second - you can reverse the wheels to make the trolley's footprint smaller except if you have the umbrella holder attached. This is a bit annoying.

Bought the Hurricana waterproof bag. Excellent purchase. Played a week's competition this week in heavy rain. 7 rounds of golf in total everything bone dry except the pocket I left open, oops! Would definitely recommend this bag!
Excellent sales experience. Very quick delivery. Purchased 2 waterproof cart bags. Both arrived next day. They look great and have plenty of pockets. Not tested them on a course or in the rain but will in due time I am sure. Have purchased ftom Powerbug before and will again I think.

Super fast delivery, equipment looks good. However, on two occasions on opening the buggy I caught my finger in the mechanism. The second time required me to go to A&E. I sent an email explaining this to the company to which they haven’t even bothered to respond. This is even after speaking to someone called Christian who asked me to send him the email and he would look into it.
Strong build quality. Easy to fold and unfold. I like the down hill braking system.

As a senior golfer l have been using a Powerbug electric trolley for many years and have always appreciated powerbug products as being reliable and value for money.
My trolley suddenly stopped working so I phoned and spoke with Christian, who was very helpful, and with the aid of a few photos, diagnosed poor contact between battery and motor. He sent me a link to the parts I needed, so I ordered them and they arrived 2 days later. I fitted the replacements and all now seems well.

Very good so far, bag straps seem to be odd lengths"one part of strap shorter than other !! Only fault found to date.
I saw no point in leaving a review after owning the trolley for just a few days but now that I have used it for about ten rounds of golf, i can now say that this is a fantastic piece of kit and it is being admired by all that see it.
Always impressed with powerbug service, however I have noticed the the quality of materials used in the new waterproof cart bag are not to the same quality as the bag I purchased a few years ago.

Great trolley when set up. Not the lightest; heavy to lift. Please be careful gripping the grey button to open, as the catch can (and has) pinched your hand. Battery installation/removal easy; charging info great. Nice storage details with inverted wheels and option to freewalk (in case you forgot to chatrge the battery); a nice design. Just needs a little getting used to.
